Our History: A Legacy Built on Excellence
Our foundation is rooted in the unparalleled expertise of the Goldenwheel Group. Established in 1987, Goldenwheel has been a cornerstone of the cycling industry for decades, operating as a world-class OEM manufacturer for some of the most prestigious brands globally. With a relentless focus on quality, innovation, and precision, Goldenwheel’s state-of-the-art factories in China, the Czech Republic, and Indonesia have set the industry standard.
In 2015, drawing upon this rich manufacturing heritage, the Goldenwheel Group founded Bikework. Our birth was a strategic evolution—from crafting components behind the scenes to delivering complete, premium cycling solutions directly to the market. We began our journey in retail, wholesale, and distribution, partnering with elite brands like 3T and Lapierre, and immediately applied our parent company's rigorous quality standards to every bike we sold.
Our Present: Global Expansion & A Curated Portfolio
Since our inception, Bikework has experienced tremendous growth, rapidly becoming a leading force in the Asian cycling market. This success is demonstrated by our network of over 110 dedicated Bikework stores across the region.
Our expansion has been fueled by a carefully curated brand portfolio. We are proud to develop and nurture our own original brands—Upland, Mutech, Totem, and E-totem—each designed to meet the specific needs of different cyclists. Alongside these, we have welcomed a family of legendary names into our portfolio, including Bianchi, Cinelli, Campagnolo, and Teewing, offering our customers an unmatched selection of premium products.
Today, our vision is truly global. We are actively expanding beyond Asia by establishing a dedicated international sales team and opening overseas offices in key strategic locations, including the United States, Japan, and the Czech Republic, cementing our position as a worldwide distributor and retail partner.
